Spatial Multiomic Services on G4X

Access G4X in situ sequencing technology for cost-effective spatial multiomic services.

Transcript, protein, and fH&E readout of tonsil cancer FFPE serial sections (10x10 mm). Data generated on a single flow cell.

Single Cell Multiomic Analysis

Your project will be run on the G4X Spatial Sequencer, delivering high-resolution targeted transcriptomic, proteomic, and fluorescent H&E (fH&E) insights from each FFPE sections.

Choose a Tissue-Specific Panel or Customize Your Content

Unlock multiomic insights with our immuno-oncology (IO) transcriptomic and proteomic panels across selected human FFPE tissues, or choose the customization option that suits your specific project needs.
